Audit

The audit was defined by the College of Chartered Accountants and Accountants (OECCA) as a review of the procedures and financial statements carried out by a competent and independent professional in order to express a reasoned opinion on the regularity and sincerity of the accounts. The auditor's job is to make up an opinion on the annual accounts and express it in a report. The audit can be a contractual mission, i.e. a mission requested by the company itself or by a third party (bank or company wishing to take action.) In short, the auditors, the accountant, the auditor, have the same way of carrying out their missions. This procedure is summed up in five (5) points:
· The general knowledge of the company, ·The assessment of internal control,
·Account control,
·The review of the annual accounts,
The drafting of a report expressing the auditor's opinion on the accounts.
